DELIVERY

We offer local delivery to a wide range of zip codes within the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, and more. You can view a full list of eligible zip codes here.

No, we currently offer free local delivery for orders within our service area.

We require a 48-hour lead time for all local deliveries. Once your order is placed, we'll reach out to confirm the details and provide an estimated delivery time.

Yes, during the checkout process, you'll have the option to request a delivery time range. We do our best to accommodate all requests within our delivery window.

At this time we do not offer a pickup option.

We prefer that someone is home. But if you're not there during the scheduled delivery time, our driver will leave the package at your door. If special instructions are needed, please include them when placing your order.

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.
SHIPPING

We ship orders nationwide with a standard 3-5 day lead time. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

If you need to change your delivery or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. All shipped orders are packed with insulation and cooling materials as needed, depending on the product and weather conditions.
